Helen M. Hendrickson, Health Counselor & Personal Trainer
Helen is the founder and director of Fit For Fun. She came into personal training and health counseling as a side job to fuel her sports habit, but discovered her passion for working with women and men to help them create great health through eating well and exercise. Helen is an AADP certified Holistic Health Counselor, an ACE certified Personal Trainer and a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach. She specializes in helping her clients lose weight and increase energy with a gentle approach full of fun and humor. She is a runner and triathlete and last summer completed her first ironman distance triathlon.
Having taken up sports in her late 20s, Helen clearly remembers what it is like to be starting from the beginning and specializes in working with new athletes and exercisers.

Heidi Reynolds, Personal Trainer/ In-home training
Heidi is an athlete herself, and has been personal training for several years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Alfred University, and is a certified Health Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her lifelong involvement in sports and fitness including strength training, collegiate lacrosse, dance, field hockey, and running give her a wide breadth of experience to bring to her clients. She is skilled in providing a gentle approach for beginners as well as challenging, rigorous workouts for the advanced. Heidi focuses on seting and achieving small, short-term goals, allowing her clients to progress to long-term challenges that will be the key to lifelong fitness. Through a health-oriented, holistic approach, she teaches you to balance your strength and weakness for a healthier, energetic, more confident you!
