Have fun while working out. Meet your personal fitness goals through small group exercise and personalized attention. The focus on these groups will be on strengthening and toning with time for stretching during each session. Women and Men are welcome to any group.

Strength for Runners
Runners have specific strength needs. Running is a hard on your body and you need to develop strength to allow you to perform your best and to keep running injury free. Properly developed strength can reduce or eliminate knee pain, back pain, shin splints and more. Plus well developed strength can increase your speed.

Isn't NOW the perfect time to gain strength?

As you build up for your spring running events - and add more strength training to improve performance and reduce your risk for injury. Plus it feels good!

Meets Mondays 6:00 - 7:00pm
at Sennett Park in Cambridge, MA
Class taught by: Helen Hendrickson

In this class you will:
- Gain strength and toning in all the places that runners need - during 8 power-packed sessions.  
- Take-home handouts with workouts that you can do on your own at home.
- The knowledge and support to make strength training a regular part of your schedule.

This is small group fitness - capped at 6 participants. you will get the individual attention that you need. This 8-session group costs $145.00
