Anytime Fruit Smoothie
Smoothies are incredibly easy to make and are a refreshing drink for warm days. They also pack nutritional punch and you can use this basic recipe as a base and modify around it.
~ 1 1/2 cups apple cider or other fruit juice
~ 1/2 cup frozen fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
~ 1/2 frozen banana (unfrozen ok if it’s all you’ve got)
~ 1 Tbs yogurt, soy milk or almond milk
Add all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
