How it works
The e-course lasts for eight weeks with information you can implement in your life right away to start creating vibrant health in your life!   E-courses are convenient, in that you can do them from home, but much like an in-person course as you will receive regular instruction and guidance.  

During your eight week e-course you are also encouraged to take advantage of unlimited email access to Helen.  Send in your weekly homework assignments; discuss successes and challenges so that you can really make progress over these eight weeks. 

INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL - in the future you will take this ecourse using pre-recorded audio programs - but for those enrolling in the course for the first run you will be involved in live teleclasses weekly! Ask your questions, talk with Helen live & benefit from the questions of others!
